Knitting Group

Had a lovely night last night at Janices house as our Wednesday knitting group has been meeting in each others houses since the beginning of the year since our beloved wool shop Stitching Time in Hamilton was flooded out on New Years eve and we were all devestated for poor Nan the owner , and for all the lovely scrummy yarn that has had to be thrown out as it was ruined what a waste. But the group has remained strong and everyone has taken turns to host the night supplying tea and cakes mmmmmm , some even baked for the occasions yum yum. Its great to see everyone pulling together to keep the group going till we can meet back in the shop once all the repairs have been done.

Knitting Madness

I havent blogged for such a long time , my old blog has gone , so thought I would start afresh. i have been knitting non stop and have too many WIP's hiding in corners and cupboards and have decided to allow myself one new cast on for every WIP I finish so will record my progress on here and of course all my other antics.
